My name is Marion Jordan and in March 2009 my brother-in-law Christopher Concannon died. He was 39 years old and died due to Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
In memory of him I have recorded an album, all profits will be donated to the MND support organisation in Northern Ireland. Go on, have a listen and hopefully you will purchase the album for £8.50 + 1.50 P&P.
He died aged 39 on 25th March 09. He was an inspiration. You have left us with mystical memories of smiling, laughing eyes whose depths knew no end. Your presence was always special, an honour to share your space. You always saw the positive and fought through life's difficulties with such positive and easy grace. The challenges that lay before you, no one could foretell. But this we know for certain that only the few can face such things with such bravery and strength.
Your presence still remains with us and always will, because we carry you within us in everything good we do.
All profits from this album will be donated to the MND Association, to fund research and to help those living with MND and their carers.
